The Svoltacarozze  only produces one superb IGT comprised of Sangiovese Grosso and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) on the choice eight hectares of land. His strong character is a result of a late harvest, the ageing in oak vats for four years, and finally bottled and stored for an additional year at an optimum temperature.
