The Favorita is a rare  original vine, which has been grown in the Roero area since from 19th century

Elegant and with a refined  finesse, its style is much appreciated by modern consumers.

WINE-MAKING

All the grapes are picked by hand. Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless-steel vats equipped with thermostats to control the temperature during fermentation.

Tasting note: pale straw yellow colour, bouquet intense of fruit and flowers, fresh and pleasantly intense in the mouth

Serve with:

Perfect like aperitif and with appetizers. It  is suitable with seafood, fish dishes and white meat. Excellent with pasta and pizza.

Serve at 10 -12° C
