A typical Moscato of the Canelli area, straw coloured, with scents of pear, peach, citrus fruits and apple, with hints of sage and honey; it ages well.

Sweet on the palate, but never cloying, with fresh pleasant acidity and a well-structured body.

It is usually served with pastries and desserts made with fruit, or fermented cheeses.

Serving temperature 8-9°C.
