Description

Obtained from the best grapes of Merlot picked up from balanced 50 years old vines and from more lively 15 years old one’s. After the racking it remains for 12 months into small oak barrels where it refines its peculiarities. Then it is bottled and after a further refining period of 3-4 months it is ready to be tasted. Its best coupling is to be served with roast, grilled meat and game.
