Description

BelloSole extra-virgin olive oil derives from cold-pressing of olives from olive groves sites in Umbria, and in particular from the area of Trevi .

Delicately fruity and emerald green, it is obtained for cold extraction from carefully selected puree. Its full-bodied flavor is unmistakable.

Excellent raw on every dish, delicious on grilled fish, crustaceans, vegetable soup, risotto, and white meat.

And in general on all delicately flavored dishes.
