Description
Ingredients: Ventresca of red tuna, olive oil, sea salt.
Weight: 7 oz - 200 gr
The belly cut is the most prized and softest part of red tuna. Thanks to a particular craftsmanship of the fishermen it is separated from the tuna before cooking in order to keep its characteristic layered shape intact. It is enhanced with salt from the renowned Mozia salt pans and olive oil from the same area. During the final phases of processing it is manually placed in precious glass jars, all while respecting the strictest laws and hygiene as dictated by the European Community.
