Ingredients: 100% heated ewe’s milk, milk enzymes, rennet, salt

Ripening minimum 30 days

Description: This is a very delicate, fresh, slightly creamy cheese, excellent for low fat diets as it only contains 36% fat over dry matter.

It is not produced in September, October and November owing to lack of milk.

Packaging: vacuum-packed

We advise keeping it vacuum-packed for maximum 50 days from the date of packaging.
