Descripción

Barolo is moulded by the aristocratic qualities of the Nebbiolo variety: deep garnet red with fleeting orange hues, it has a big, striking, fragrant bouquet, in which fruity overtones of raspberries, roses and geraniums merge with ethereal, spicy hints of cinnamon and vanilla, leading into a warm, full-bodied taste with a long finish.
These are qualities that result from a complex production process, wich takes full advantage of the underground cellars: after thebunches are crushed, the alcoholic fermentation on the skin precedes a slow maturation lasting at least two years in wooden casks of warying dimensions. The meticulous ageing process is completed in the bottle before the wine makes its grand entrance at the table.
