Roero Arneis brand of quality controlled and guaranteed denomination of origin, whose production is permitted in the province of Cuneo.
Roero Arneis DOCG white wine typical of the area is the flagship company, is produced by the homonymous grape vinification giving rise to an elegant white wine with aroma of white flowers and fresh fruits reminiscent of peach, apple to nutty . The color is straw yellow with greenish at times, dry times is proposed sour with a bitter aftertaste.
Its alcohol content is 13.5 degrees.
Serve cool, with temperatures around 10 degrees, suitable to be combined with delicate dishes, hors d'oeuvres and fish in particular, but also rice and white meat.
