Craft beer, also called "raw beer", differs in quality as it does not undergo pasteurization: it is a living beer, produced manually, with passion, using raw materials such as malted grain (malt extract and not), hops, yeast, with no additives, dyes, preservatives, stabilizers. There is no filtration of yeast.
The taste of craft beer turns out to be more varied and more full of perfumes and essences. The carbonation of this beer is a natural result of a double fermentation ("re-fermented in the bottle"), whose advantage is to have a drink less rich in carbon dioxide with evident relief for the stomach and greater satisfaction to the palate.
Style: Lager (bottom-fermenting)
Ingredients: spring water, malted barley, hops and yeast.
Color: golden amber-colored beer, with foam fine and persistent, even slightly hazy appearance.
Characteristics: It has an intensive bouquet, intense aroma with hints of malt and honey. Body and medium carbonation valuable, balanced taste with a moderate to strong bitterness. The persistence of the back is long with known olfactory prevailing hops.
Alcohol: 5.1% vol. 12.5 degrees plato.
