Descripción

Sea-Bass Cream made like: At to start, Wash and clean the seabass. Put it on the fire the soup and bring it to excitement for 5 minutes; later unite the seabass, make it boiling  again and leave it on the fire for 15 minutes.  Get out the fish, skin it and take off the pulp. Put the discards in the broth and let it to simmer for further 15 minutes. Again, filter the broth with a strainer from the dense plot and put again the broth in the pot, adding therefore bread's crumb, to mix it and boil it again for 10 minutes. In this point it needs to prepare the sauce:

To peel the cloves of garlic, beat up it in a homogeneous cream. Pour the olive oil to thread. Add therefore the sauce to the broth of cooled fish, and mix it well also uniting the pulp of the seabass minced. Bring the excitement soup for 10 minutes.
