Choosing the right moment to hand pick olives at the ripening time requires a deep knowledge coming from a long experience. It only thanks to such an art that the extravirgin olive oil Passo dei Greci is a smooth, fruity, sweet, and slightly spicy blend. Due to hand picking Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives - some of the top quality from all over Siciliy - are fused together to give rise to an intense and unique flavour. As stated on the technical leaflet, the growing area bridges between Palermo and Agrigento whose olives still show traces of their Ellenic origins. Passo dei Greci olive oil is a natural product with deep roots set in the past and new flavours and feelings to be evoked for the future to come.

Combining food: ideal for both traditional and refined dishes. Fragrances can be best appreciated on pasta and rice, roast beef and fish, salads, and legumes. Raw oil is perfect to dress dishes and bruschettas.
