Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by hand picking of olives belonging to typical Tuscan varieties (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoiano, Olivastra), collect in wooden boxes and cold pressed within 24 hours. This procedure guarantees excellent high quality product and preserves the original fragrance and flavor. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is certified by "Suolo e Salute" which is one of the most important Italian Institute of organic genuine certification. Moreover, the IGP consortium guarantees that the olive oil is produced in Tuscany from olives grown and collected in our farm.
