Flavour : mellow and savoury. Leaving taste of tomato’s leaf. Very persisting at the end.
Gastronomy : suitable as aperitif, it goes well with not important dishes prepared with fish or white meat
Service : to be unkorked two hours before serving and possibly decanted.
