ORIGIN    The Gavi wine is describe by experts as being a gem  among wine from Piemonte.

Its land of  origin is  in a little area against the Ligurian Appennines, only few villages and steep hillsides.

Gavi  del comune di Gavi, takes its name from the village where it is produced

WINE-MAKING

All the grapes are picked by hand. Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature.

Tasting note:

Colour:  pale straw yellow with greenish highlights

bouquet: fresh, with citruses aroma

taste:  truly fresh in the mouth. Pleasant and dry

Serve with:

Perfect like aperitif and with appetizers. It  is suitable with seafood, fish dishes and white meat. Excellent with pasta and pizza.

Serve at 10 -12° C
