Descripción

Ingredients: Taggiasca olives (84%), extra virgin olive oil (14%), salt, rosemary, thyme, laurel, natural aromas. Acidifier: citric acid.
Weight: 6,35 oz - 180 gr

Taggiasche olives are a typical variety of the Ligurian hills; they are pleasant tasting with a tendency to be sweet and agreeably fruity.
They are prepared according to an ancient Ligurian tradition from the best olives after being hand-picked at ripening. The recipe calls for the pits to be removed from the olives, which are then MACINATE in a stone olive press, and ultimately amalgamated with extra virgin olive oil. A spoonful of this cream is ideal to enhance the flavor of tomato sauce and risottos; it is also perfect as a condiment for sauces.
