We have a farm of 40 hectares , wich has olive-groves, vineyards,orchards and vegetables growing on it.We produce two selections of oil the strong one and the delicate one. The selection depends on olives maturation. We produce oil from only one variety, Coratina. The oil in our bottles is not filtered, so it's firm and it's a intense colour. The choice not to filter the oil is due to the fact that we don't go to modify, with another mechanical passage, the organoleptic properties and the flavour of our oil.We also produce biological oil certified by ICEA (italian biological institute). We also produce some vegetables, a part of which  we work in conserves preserved in extra virgin olive oil, for example, artichoke pesto,  black olives cream, tomato rolls, hot stuffed peppers, grilled artichokes, etc. .. Our choice is to realize excellent quality products with a particular attention to an interesting and appealing package
