In Sicily land, crossroads of ancient cultures and heart of Mediterranean sea,among the green hills below

Hyblean mountains, is placed the country of Chiaramonte Gulfi.

Here, thanks to the vocation of special soil-climatic condition towards olive and grape-growing, is possible

to get a D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil togheter with high-quality organoleptic kind of wine.

The quality of products result from traditional and typical cultivar like “Tonda Iblea” olives and “Nero d’Avola

Frappato and Grosso Nero” grapes.

In this context, works the “Soc.Agr.Sempl. Eurocantina Savasta s.s.”, a family businnes farm, that with an

experience handed on by generations, conciliates a sustainable traditional farming with innovative

technologic product’s processing.

Farm consists of four fields situated in a low-hill zone, 350 meters high above sea level, 40 Km far from

sea-side, characterized by typical Mediterranean climate.

Soils are clayey-calcareous with medium thick-ness and steady insolation during every season.

Centuries-old olive groves are cultivated in extensive way and pruned low/medium like an umbrella;

some grape-vine’s are cultivated in “little tree” way, others in “espalier” way.

Eurocantina Savasta has choosen to work according to the Organic Agriculture’s rules, so pursues a

careful policy of environment’s protection as well as the safeguard of consumer’s health warranting natural

and helthy products.
